We are a respected leader and innovator in the chemical treatment field who have been helping people change their lives by providing them with the tools for a healthy, happy, and drug-free existence. We are looking to hire a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and addiction treatment at our inpatient substance abuse treatment program located in Brooklyn NY.

The Nurse Practitioner will screen patients for admission or provide sick calls.

Requirements:

Family Nurse Practitioner license with minimum 2 years of working experience
Current NYS License and Registration
DEA license to proscribe narcotics
Possess Data 200 waiver or agree to obtain one upon hire
Addiction experience a plus

Responsibilities:

Conduct admission and physical
History and physical exam
Prescribe medication and drugs
Medication review
Examine, diagnose and treat patients with medical illnesses resulting from chronic substance use disorders
Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage and treat patients' medical needs for safe and high-quality treatment
Create a warm and welcoming environment

Compensation:

Salary in the range of $125,000 - $145,000 annually (commensurate based on experience) with lots of growth potential!
