Pay Range: $37.96hr - $41.96hr
Essential Duties: - Work with low voltage wiring and associated devices for the operation of low voltage equipment.
- Complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding through communication devices such as laptop computers and/or hard copy.
- Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule. Input, retrieve and archive inspection documents via laptop computer.
- Complete assigned inspections on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Documented experience in low voltage electrical systems and Fire and /or Security Systems experience required.
- Specifically, Burglar Alarm experience.
- Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
- Massachusetts Low Voltage Class D License
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of the Inspector Entree Course (Electrical or Sprinkler).
- chieve NICET Level II certification after 2 years on the job.
- Demonstrates an aptitude for troubleshooting systems.

- Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and
- Due to the nature of the job the candidate should be able to lift 50-70 pounds with assistance.
- ble to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
- bility to work flexible hours including on-call rotation that may involve weekends to meet customer requirements.

Preferred:
- Experience with hand tools and multi-meter usage.
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, programs schematics and operational/product manuals.
- 1-3 years documented experience in low voltage electrical systems preferred.
- NICET certification preferred.
