Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Fresco AI is building the next-generation AI assistant for the $12T construction industry. Backed by Y Combinator, SignalFire, and Bessemer Venture Partners, were working with top national and Bay Area general contractors to streamline how field teams access and act on information from project documents.

Were looking for a full-time Software Engineer to join us in our San Francisco office. Youll be honing our tech and solving domain-specific problems that dont yet have solutions.

What Youll Do

• Identify and fix gaps or issues in our system based on data from actual users
• Talk to users about their issues and solve them the same day
• Innovate ways to improve our tech based on the latest in AI
• Work directly with the CTO to shape long-term product vision
• Ship

Our Stack

• We use React + TypeScript on the frontend
• We use NextJS + TypeScript on the backend
• We have a mobile app built on Expo
• We believe that getting the data model right will let the rest of the code flow easily
• We create pull requests for all code changes for visibility, but dont require code review

Who You Are

• A recent grad to mid-career professional ready to hustle
• Youve shipped platforms with AI both in and out of your career
• Curious about construction
