Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and diligent individuals for an entry-level warehouse position. The ideal candidate will have the stamina to work on their feet for 8-10 hours per day, possess the ability to read work orders in English, and communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to package items efficiently.
• Work with supervision to understand and meet work demands.
• Read work orders accurately to pick parts.
• Stage products appropriately for shipment.
• Independently handle materials as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs infrequently as part of material handling duties.

Essential Skills

• Ability to work on feet for extended periods (8-10 hours).
• Proficiency in reading work orders in English.
• Effective communication skills with team members.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in packing, inventory management, and production.
• Skills in material handling and forklift operation.
• Experience in picking and general labor.
• Familiarity with shipping processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34000.00 - $48000.00/yr.

This position offers extensive benefits including a $1,500 sign on bonus, excellent medical dental and vision and a matching 401K
