Job Description

Job Duties:

• Develop strategies and tactics to promote our company and drive qualified traffic to our doors.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and be responsible for the entire process from idea to execution.
• COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE: Clearly analyze all competitors in the domestic and international markets and benchmark against the best creative.
• Work closely with Finance and Sales to meet customer and company needs in the most profitable way. Working directly with sales people to improve their selling skills and capabilities is a good example of this.
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, campaign management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analytics and more.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, social networks and blogs that attracts target groups and converts.
• Identify gaps in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budget constraints.
• Responsible for marketing budgets and rationalize the allocation/investment of funds.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities, gain insights and evaluate against targets.
• Coordinate, manage and oversee marketing efforts with various departments within the organization.
• Develop strong KPIs for the marketing and business development teams.
• Review and report results to all teams on a weekly basis to identify solutions to increase lead volume.
• Monthly analysis with all supervisors and finance team to review all results.
