Job Summary:

Pink Lily is a womens retailer looking for a creative, trend-savvy Graphic Designer to develop bold and fashion-relevant graphics for our womens fast fashion boutique. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trends, social media-driven aesthetics, and a strong eye for stylish, wearable graphics. You will work closely with the Merchandising team to create statement-making apparel and hat designs that resonate with our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design On-Trend Graphics Create original prints, patterns, typography, and illustrations for women's apparel (tees, hoodies, RTW, and hats).
• Trend-Driven Creativity Research and incorporate current fashion, social media aesthetics, and influencer-driven trends.
• Fast-Paced Execution Work quickly and efficiently to produce graphics in sync with our rapid product drops and monthly collections.
• Collaboration Work closely with Merchant and Influencer teams to ensure graphics align with brand identity and upcoming campaigns.
• Production-Ready Files Prepare print-ready designs optimized for screen printing, DTG, embroidery, and other fabric applications.
• Mockups & Presentations Develop high-quality mockups for internal reviews, e-commerce listings (as needed), and influencer exposure.
• Brand Identity & Typography Create compelling branding elements, custom typography, and trendy graphic placements for apparel.
• Adapt & Revise Designs Make quick revisions based on feedback while maintaining design integrity.
• Impeccable Taste : Eye for color with a strong curiosity and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Bachelors degree in Fashion or Graphic Design. 2+ years in graphic design for a womens fashion retailer or boutique brand
• Software Proficiency: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and Photoshop
• Strong Portfolio: Must showcase experience in womens apparel graphics and pattern designs including screen printing, embroidery, and digital prints.
• Understanding of Production Techniques: Knowledge of fabric printing, embroidery, DTG, and garment limitations.
• Creativity & Speed: Ability to quickly develop original, high-quality designs in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to create pixel-perfect artwork that aligns with manufacturing requirements.
• Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with teams and adapting designs based on feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with womens graphic tees and sweatshirts.
• Passion for pattern design through illustrations.
• Understanding of social media aesthetics and how graphics translate to online sales.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
