What You’ll Do Design static images and animate short-form videos and motion graphics for web and social Build polished layouts for print and digital—brochures, reports, ads, presentations, and more Team up with writers, strategists, and other creatives to bring ideas to life Turn strategy into standout visual storytelling Stick to brand guidelines while keeping the work fresh and compelling Juggle multiple projects, prioritize like a pro, and deliver on time What You’ve Got 3–5 years of design experience (bonus points for agency life) A portfolio that shows your skills in print, video, motion, and digital Fluency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint—bonus points for After Effects and Premiere Pro A sharp eye for layout, information hierarchy, type, color, and detail Experience designing for social media and digital platforms Superpowers in organization, communication, and follow-through Extra advantage if you’ve dabbled in animation, illustration, UI/UX, Canva, Adobe Express, Articulate, or LMS—or are game to learn Sound like you?
