What You Will Do In this role, you will perform the following day-to-day activities: Collaborate with cross functional teams to collect, analyze, and document Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives by assisting the hiring manager across diverse projects, including analysis, automation, reporting, planning, and process optimization. Create and refine executive-level presentations and reports for senior leadership, requiring strong storytelling skills and visual clarity. Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to automate manual tracking tasks, generate insights, and improve reporting workflows. Shadow and learn from the hiring manager to understand resourcing strategies, hiring pipelines, and internal tracking systems for workforce planning. Drive process improvements and manage small-scale projects, with flexibility to align tasks with the intern’s strengths and interests.
