Group Director Online Marketing

The Group Director Online Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand visibility in a highly competitive online casino, sports and poker gaming market. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital marketing channels, partnership management, customer insights, compliance, and campaign optimization.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in senior marketing roles within the online gambling, iGaming, or similar digital entertainment industries.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, tools, and technologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in regulated markets and familiarity with advertising
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, affiliate networks, and customer segmentation strategies.

Qualifications: Ideal

• Marketing Strategy & Growth: Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for the online casino and sportsbook, identifying growth opportunities across markets and channels while building a strong brand presence.
• Acquisition & Retention: Oversee end-to-end digital marketing (SEO, PPC, affiliates, social, etc.), deliver targeted promotions, and work with CRM to improve player retention, loyalty, and LTV.
• Player Journey & Experience: Optimize the full player lifecycle from registration to retention through onboarding, segmentation, bonusing, and strong UI/UX and creative asset management.
• Performance & Analytics: Set KPIs, track user behavior and campaign ROI using analytics tools, and deliver actionable insights and reports to leadership.
• Leadership, Partnerships & Compliance: Lead and mentor the marketing team, manage affiliate programs and strategic partnerships, and ensure all activities meet regulatory and responsible gambling standards.
