• Company Drivers average $85,000-$124,000 / yr
• Lease Operators average $283,000-$509,000 / yr
• Newer equipment
• Steady Freight & Consistent Miles

• Earn $85,000 - $124,000 per year*
  • 7 axle drivers average $85,000 - $108,000
  • Schnabel drivers average $94,000 - $117,000
  • Multi axle drivers average $111,000 - $124,000
• $1,550 - $2,000 Minimum Pay Guarantee for First 8 Weeks*
• $3,000 - $5,000 Orientation Completion Bonus*
• $400-$600 Minimum Pay per Day
• Tarping: $100 for Legal Load & $150 for OD Load*
• $200 Layover & Breakdown Pay
• Pet Policy
• Per diem at no cost to the driver

• ELDs, APUs, and Inverters in EVERY company driver truck

ATS Driver Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years old with a valid CDL-A License
• Must have at least six (6) years verifiable OTR experience
• Must have at least two (2) years verifiable over-dimensional (OD) experience
• Must meet DOT requirements
• Must have stable, verifiable work history & acceptable driving record
• Lease: 1 year verifiable OTR experience
