HR Assistant

Contract: 6+ months

Onsite: Stoneham, MA 02180

Must Haves :

• 1+ years HR Support, HR Admin, HR Assistant or recruiting experience
• Food service industry experience

Preferred :

• HRIS experience

Job Description: Primary duties include but are not limited to:

• Support recruiting efforts
• Sending and tracking onboarding documents
• Supporting payroll
• Following up with employees on inquires to PTO, benefits, etc
• Assisting with the enrollment process
• Assisting with employment verification letters
• Assisting with employee training programs
• Helping research and plan company events
• Willingness and ability to be cross-trained on all other functions of the corporate office to assist with overflow, covering of vacations, etc. as needed
• Providing general administrative support
