Position Overview:

Are you ready to take on an exciting role as an HVAC Dispatcher? We're looking for a dedicated team member to join our remote or hybrid work environment. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service while managing a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Scheduling: Maintain and manage the daily schedules of Service & Installation Technicians, coordinating return trips with customers when parts are available.
Communication: Keep customers informed about scheduling updates and lead times, while maintaining clear communication with department managers and team members.
Database Management: Update and maintain customer information in our database to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:

Required:
Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level.
1-2 years of related experience in customer service, dispatching, project management, or a combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with the geographical service area and strong map reading skills.
Preferred:
Knowledge of the HVAC and Plumbing industry.
2+ years of experience as an HVAC and Plumbing Dispatcher.
2+ years of dispatching experience.
Experience using Service Titan.
