Position: HVAC In-Store Appointment Setter
Location: Oregon City, OR
Schedule:  Part-Time; Thursday - Sunday; 20-30 hours per week
Pay Range: $17 - $22 /hour (DOE)
Benefits: Sick Leave

Position Summary:
As an In-Store Appointment Setter , you'll represent Columbia NW Heating & Air, a company that has proudly served the Portland Metro area for over 30 years. Working within America’s #1 home improvement store in the Oregon City and Clackamas area, you’ll engage directly with customers to raise brand awareness, explain services, and schedule appointments with our expert technicians. This is a people-centered, purpose-driven role where your interpersonal skills and enthusiasm make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Face of the Brand : Engage shoppers with warmth and professionalism, embodying the quality and reliability of Columbia NW.

• Set Appointments with Confidence : Use our intuitive app to schedule in-home consultations — no selling required, just friendly and informative interactions!

• Educate & Inform : Share pamphlets and flyers to help customers understand the benefits of our HVAC products and services.

• Master the Product Line : Learn the ins and outs of our offerings so you can respond to questions with ease and clarity.

• Gather Customer Insights : Collect valuable feedback and pass it along to our internal teams to improve service and engagement.
