As a
Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst , you will play a critical role as a business partner to both the finance and clinical teams. Your expertise will help shape the hospital's financial strategies, influencing decisions at all levels.
Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities: - Lead the preparation of comprehensive budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning
- Monitor, analyze and interpret financial reports to provide actionable insights
- Conduct in-depth monthly and quarterly variance analysis and ad hoc reporting
- Drive high-impact process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts, fostering continuous learning and development
Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, HFMA) is preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with a strong track record of success in a senior role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver results
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams
