Seeking Paralegal to work with clients in various immigration matters. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and be detailed oriented. Ideal candidate will be familiar with all aspects of immigration law including family-based petitions, citizenship, waivers, etc. Candidates should have strong teamwork skills. You may perform the bulk of your job duties independently, but you should be able to think of your work in the context of the firm’s broader goals.

Bilingual- Spanish/English Preferred

Schedule: Mon-Thur 10-6 and Friday 10-5

The position involves:

• Writing, organizing, and managing case information and documents.
• Working with Federal Immigration Court, Department of Homeland Security, USCIS, and State Family Court personnel
• Working with clients to obtain necessary documents for applications and court submissions;
• Preparation of court submissions and USCIS applications;
• Drafting sworn statements and affidavits;
• Providing translation and interpretation from Spanish to English and vice versa.
