If you enjoy driving and working independently, this job's for you! We are an independent contract delivery company working with the USPS (1099 contract) mail carrier services. Seeking an extraordinary individual to add to our team of independent subcontractors (1099).
**BASED OUT OF GRANTHAM NH & SUPPORTING OTHER LOCAIONS WITHIN THE UPPER VALLEY**
**Vehicle, Gas, Liability insurance provided.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
•No prior work experience is required, but previous USPS experience preferred or similar background as a delivery driver or courier will be helpful.
•High school diploma or equivalent is required.
•Sorting mail and packages according to postal regulations
•Delivering Mail & Parcels to rural customers on a designated postal route This position requires speed and accuracy of delivering mail and parcels. The Postal service requires completion of the route within the contract designated time frame.
•This position can be demanding at times. Being a responsible & professional individual is expected.
•You will be required to case mail, load mail & parcels in provided vehicle and deliver to each specific address along the designated line of travel
•Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50+ lbs.)
•Operating a right-hand drive vehicle to transport Mail and Parcels
•Mail and Parcel collections from customers
•Strong communication skills, especially with contract holder, post office employees, and customers
•Good customer service skills
•Ability to work independently
•Quick learner
•A valid driver's license & a clean driving record are required
•Enjoy driving
•Following all USPS safety regulations and procedures.
•Ability to follow instructions and regulations.
•Attention to detail and accuracy (matching #'s & addresses correctly), and learning the route you are assigned
Facts: Location: Upper Valley, NH
Job Type Contractor, Full-Time: $45,000 - $55,000 YR
(1099 Contract)
