Job Description: Industrial Designer for Specialized Precast Manufacturing

Position: Full-time 3D Modeler – Rhino Required

Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with some limited mandatory overtime. Optional overtime is typically available upon request.

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $26-$36 per hour starting, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and fine tune models with complex geometry using Rhino software, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
2. Design and conceptualize molds based on project requirements.
3. Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of design elements.
4. Continuously improve and optimize modeling for milling processes.
5. Engage in on-the-job training to enhance capabilities, and molds technologies applications

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in 3D modeling with Rhino.
• A meticulous and organized approach to work.
• Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and consistent work ethic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work efficiently in a team.
