IEH Laboratories, a Leader in Food Safety, is now accepting applications for a Patent Attorney with a background in life sciences to manage its patent portfolio in-house.

Responsibilities will include drafting and filing patent applications; patent searches, docketing; meeting deadlines; drafting documents; conducting research; and managing the prosecution process, from initial filing and Allowance/Maintenance Fees to USPTO Grant. Foreign patent experience a plus.

The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 – $120,000 (DOE) annually. This is a full-time position and is eligible for the following benefits after a brief waiting period: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability insurance, 401(k), health and dependent care FSA plans, employee assistance program, 15 days of paid time off per year for sick leave and/or vacation, 3 days paid bereavement leave, and 6 paid holidays per year.
