About the Role PosiGen is looking for a technically skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and support the organizations Salesforce environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining system efficiency, improving internal processes, and supporting cross-functional teams across departments. Key Responsibilities Fully manage and support Salesforce configuration and processes Provide timely resolution to support tickets and document outcomes Implement best practices in system usage, security, and data integrity Create and manage custom fields, objects, workflows, formulas, flows, and page layouts Oversee data quality through regular audits, deduplication, and mass updates Support third-party app integrations and recommend performance enhancements Train users and promote system adoption through documentation and live sessions Create reports and dashboards to support business insights Maintain detailed system documentation and change logs Manage user access, roles, and permissions according to security protocols Assist with testing, feature rollouts, and feedback collection from stakeholders Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 12 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification (preferred) Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Lightning App Builder Familiarity with Process Builder and Flows Experience with SFDC Data Loader or JitterBit (preferred) Experience with Visualforce pages, Docusign, and Drawloop integrations is a plus Understanding of Apex and Salesforce Extensions for VS Code is advantageous Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficient in project management and task prioritization Technically savvy with integration and automation solutions Able to clearly translate business needs into system enhancements Core Values and Work Ethic Excellence: Consistently pursue and deliver work beyond standard expectations Customer-Focus: Provide exceptional service and support to internal stakeholders Team Collaboration: Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and teamwork Safety & Integrity: Promote a secure, inclusive, and responsible workplace Mission-Driven: Support a clean energy future for all communities Physical Requirements Must be able to occasionally lift items up to 40 lbs Routine activities involve speaking, typing, and interacting with computers Visual requirements include close/distance vision and depth perception Head to the official website below for the full vacancy description and requirements: #J-18808-Ljbffr sfapps.info
