We are seeking a certified and experienced Lead Automotive Technician to join our team and maintain the highest standards of repair and service.

Job Description :

The Lead Automotive Technician will be responsible for overseeing and completing all mechanical repairs, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of each project. This role requires extensive knowledge of luxury and exotic car systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques. You will lead a shop and work hands-on with some of the finest vehicles in the world.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform diagnostic evaluations, maintenance, and repairs on luxury and exotic vehicles, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Ferrari and other high-end brands.
• Lead and mentor peer mechanics, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with the service advisors and customers about necessary repairs and vehicle conditions.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications :

• Certified in luxury car repair, with specific certifications for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Ferrari and other exotic brands.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive repair
• Advanced knowledge of diagnostic equipment and repair software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
