Irvine based Real Estate Investment and Property Management firm is looking for Leasing Transaction Coordinator. This role is IN OFFICE and is temp-hire.
This role will support the Leasing Director on day to day assistance with leasing transaction related work throughout the portfolio. The company has a stable and diversified portfolio ranging from office, retail and industrial, to large land holdings.
Key Job Functions:
* Management of third-party Brokerage listing relationships
* Field oversight of marketing preparations for vacancies
* LOI negotiations and preparation
* Quality tenant interaction
* Lease document finalization support with in-house resources as well as outside legal counsel
Qualifications and Skills:
* 3 - 5 years of Direct Commercial Real Estate experience, specific to the leasing process
* Interest in or has begun obtaining Real Estate License
* Technical writing skills
* Strong computer skills and/or experience with relevant software programs, Including Excel, Argus, and Outlook
* Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills
* Self-motivated and driven
* Real Estate career focused and enjoys the deal - making aspects of the transaction process
This position pays $27.00-$31.25 an hour DOE
