Advantage Health is looking for highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Telesales Health Insurance Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enrolling clients in health insurance plans through inbound calls. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls from potential clients interested in health insurance plans
• Explain the benefits and features of various health insurance plans
• Provide quotes and assist clients in selecting the best plan for their needs
• Enroll clients in health insurance plans
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of telesales experience, preferably in the health insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $142,000.00 per year
