Urology Health Fully Licensed/Certified Wellness Coach What we’re looking for: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Wellness Coach to join our team at Urology Health, where we are dedicated to transforming lives through holistic health approaches. In this role, you will empower individuals to achieve their wellness goals by providing personalized coaching, guidance, and support in a collaborative and engaging environment. About Urology Health Urology Health is redefining how chronic urologic conditions—like Overactive Bladder (OAB) and Urinary Incontinence (UI)—are treated. Our current healthcare system is not designed to support the growing number of patients suffering from these complex, chronic conditions. With outdated, fragmented, and expensive care models, patients are left with poor outcomes, long wait times, and high out-of-pocket costs. We are building thefirst AI-powered, hybrid, data-driven platformdesigned to deliverguideline-based, conservative therapyat scale—combining telehealth, cognitive therapy, behavioral interventions, pelvic floor physical therapy, and digital tools to engage patients and optimize clinical outcomes. Why It Matters UroHealth conditions impact over 100 million Americans—nearly 45% of the adult population. Urologic diseases are the 6th most expensivehealth condition in the U.S. >60% of U.S. counties lack a Urologist, andmost zip codes lack access to Urogynecologists. 50% of Urologistsareolder than 55 yearsand30% are 65 and older. Averagewait times can exceed 5 months; over7.7M ER visitsresult from these conditions annually. Conservative treatment is proven to be at least as, if notmore effective than medication alone, yet it is underutilized and poorly resourced. We are changing that with acomprehensive, patient-centric platformthat: Supportsmultispecialty, first- and second-line care Reduces unnecessary testing and ER visits Enableslower-cost, telehealth-based follow-ups UsesAI clinical decision supportto drive evidence-based treatment Role Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' health and wellness needs, preferences, and goals Design and implement tailored wellness programs that incorporate nutrition, exercise, and mental well-being strategies Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions, offering ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients Develop and deliver workshops and group sessions focused on various wellness topics, such as stress management, nutrition education, and fitness Monitor client progress and adapt wellness plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Stay informed on the latest wellness trends, research, and best practices to provide evidence-based recommendations Required and Preferred Qualifications Required: Certification as a Wellness Coach, Health Coach, or similar credential 2+ years of experience in a coaching or health-related role Strong knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and mental health principles Proven ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their health goals Preferred: Experience in developing wellness programs for diverse populations Background in psychology, nutrition, or physical fitness training Familiarity with digital health tools and wellness tracking platforms Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies Proficiency in using health and wellness assessment tools and software Strong understanding of health-related data analysis and reporting Experience with virtual coaching platforms is a plus Soft Skills and Cultural Fit Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level Empathetic and supportive approach to coaching, fostering a positive and inclusive environment Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and wellness programs effectively A proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt strategies based on client feedback and progress Benefits and Perks Salary range: Competitive hourly compensation Additional benefits include: Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible work hours to support work-life balance Professional development opportunities and continuing education support Equal Opportunity Statement Urology Health is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
