How we will compensate you You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation. In 2023, the average income of our agents under the N8 and N9 Agents' Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $117,359. Qualifications - Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary

Responsibilities - Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles
- Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assessing their priorities and finances, and determining suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs
- Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients
- Continue your education on evolving insurance industry protocols to adequately fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims to ensure customer satisfaction

Pay: $65,000 - $140,000 per year
Responsibilities •Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies
•Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date
•Process current policyholders' insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims
•Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
•Determine new customers' insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
Qualifications •Active Life & Health is preferred but not required for the interview process.
•Candidates that we offer the position to will be supplied the exam material for this license. The average time to pass the exam is (2-3 weeks)
•Client service experience as a sales representative a plus
•Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
•Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
