We are seeking a Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is not a cold-calling grind . We provide leads, training, and structure; you bring the work ethic and the drive to help families secure their futures.

  • First-year earnings are around $50,000 to $70,000
  • Remote flexibility
  • Leads are provided daily. Focus on closing, not chasing

Responsibilities
  • Educate clients on term, whole, and flexible life insurance options
  • Follow up on leads through timely, personalized outreach
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with other team members
  • Submit accurate applications and assist with medical exams and policy delivery
  • Stay updated on carrier guidelines and underwriting practices
Requirements
  • Active life insurance license
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in life insurance or financial services
  • Strong verbal communication and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated with high personal accountability
  • Empathetic and emotionally intelligent with clients
  • Comfortable presenting over phone, Zoom, or in-person
