We're seeking talented therapists to join our team and provide empathetic, non-judgmental care to our members. This is a pay-per-encounter, W2 position offering flexible scheduling and job stability. This role is fully remote and candidates can be located anywhere in California.
What You'll Do:
Provide Telehealth Counseling: Conduct telehealth sessions using our user-friendly technology platform.
Assess & Plan: Create comprehensive patient assessments and contribute to treatment planning.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and state regulations.
Build Connections: Develop meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.
Personalized Care: Provide individualized care tailored to each client's unique needs.
Collaborate: Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist.
