•\tCoverage dates: ASAP – Ongoing
•\tHematology/Oncology
•\tHeme onc experience is required, Cellular Therapy experience a plus.
•\tSchedule: Monday- Friday, 7:30-5:30. Looking for fulltime NP/PA to assist In inpatient services 4 days a week.
•\tNo Call
•\tPatients per shift: 10
•\tEMR: Epic
•\tCredentialing timeframe: 90 days
Requirements:
•\tActive unrestricted WA License or IMLC
•\tActive DEA
•\tActive BLS certifications
•\tMinimum 3 years of experience
•\tBoard Certified
•\tFull-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
•\tMust be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
