Job Description

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering--mechanical or manufacturing engineering preferred. Alternatively, other engineering disciplines, physics, or related sciences with experience in similar or relevant products
2. 5+ years of direct experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment with some experience in Quality
3. Experienced with compliance to ISO 9001, AS 9100, or equivalent;
4. It will be desirable to have either Lean Six Sigma, Yellow/Green/Black belt certification. If no certification, some experience working under those programs will suffice at this time
5. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills; this position requires working cross-functionally and it is very important to maintain working relationships even in case of occasional disagreements
6. Some demonstrated leadership role in organizing teams with or without direct management responsibilities; for this consideration, the leadership does not have to be in a technical capacity
