How you will spend your time as a Manufacturing Tech:

• You'll utilize your skills to create high-quality, machined or molded products. From precise cutting and drilling to assembly and packaging, your work goes directly into keeping animals safe.
• Attention to detail is key! You'll ensure products meet rigorous standards to deliver maximum protection.
• Collaboration is essential. You'll work alongside a supportive team to streamline processes and continually improve.
• Consistent attendance and the ability to work independently are crucial for this fast-paced environment.

Skills & experience we would like you to have as a Manufacturing Tech:

• A keen eye for detail and strong manufacturing or production experience are a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for success.
• You can identify and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
• The ability to routinely lift 50 lbs is required.
• A desire to learn and grow within the company is a plus (Forklift certification a plus, not required).
