Job Summary:

KnowFully Learning Group is seeking a hands-on, strategic Marketing Manager to lead Zuku’s digital marketing, brand storytelling, and customer lifecycle strategies. This high-impact role will shape Zuku’s go-to-market efforts for both our established test prep business and our upcoming CE launch.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing to drive audience growth, product adoption, and revenue—across students, international veterinarians, vet techs, and licensed DVMs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Planning:

  • Translate our brand vision into channel-specific tactics across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify high-impact opportunities.

Campaign Execution & Channel Ownership:

  • Manage omnichannel campaigns (paid search, paid social, SEO, retargeting, email) with agency support.
  • Lead HubSpot email marketing strategy: segmentation, drip campaigns, triggered workflows, and CE-specific engagement tracks.

Product Launch & Content Collaboration

  • Partner with Product and Content teams to develop go-to-market strategies for CE and new prep modules.
  • Co-create blogs, email series, and webinar promotions that connect with both student and professional audiences.

Budget, Analytics & Vendor Management

  • Effective communicator across diverse personas—from vet students to licensed professionals.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience marketing to veterinary or healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with CE subscriptions or education product lifecycles.
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.

Education and Experience:

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
