We’re hiring two part-time Marketing Specialists: one focused on content creation, the other on video production. Both roles will play a key part in shaping how Boostly shows up across digital channels, tells compelling stories, and connects with our restaurant audience in bold, creative ways.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to produce content that’s not only beautiful and engaging but also drives growth and impact.
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have a knack for compelling storytelling and bringing ideas to life.
What You'll Do: 📚 Content-Focused RoleWrite blog articles, email campaigns, social copy, and landing page content tailored to restaurant operators
Collaborate cross-functionally to turn product updates and customer wins into compelling narratives
Optimize content for SEO and AI visibility (LLMs, ChatGPT-style answers, citations, etc.)
Build and manage a content calendar that supports ongoing demand gen and brand goals
Develop guides, case studies, and playbooks that showcase Boostly’s impact
Produce short-form and long-form video content for social media, web, and ads
Film and edit product walkthroughs, customer testimonials, interviews, and company culture clips
Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts that align with marketing goals
Maintain organized libraries of video assets and brand-aligned templates
2+ years of relevant experience (content, video, or both)
A strong portfolio or samples of your best work - work samples must be provided
A creator’s mindset with attention to detail and a bias for execution
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
Passion for storytelling, brand building, and marketing that performs
Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry
Background in SaaS or B2B marketing
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or AI platforms
For video: experience with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or After Effects
For content: working knowledge of SEO, structured data, and AI-optimized content
