Job Description Job Description Licensed Massage Therapist – Now Hiring! SIGN ON BONUS OF $500-$1000 We currently have 1 open position for a Licensed Massage Therapist . Key Responsibilities Perform consecutive, high-quality massage therapy sessions within scope of practice, using proper draping protocols. Greet guests warmly and select appropriate treatments after reviewing client intake forms. Obtain informed consent prior to beginning each session. Complete accurate and legible client intake notes. Deliver an excellent guest experience through therapeutic touch, professionalism, and a friendly attitude. Protect client confidentiality at all times. Maintain professional boundaries and avoid dual relationships with clients. Maintain a polished, professional appearance, clean uniform, and orderly therapy room. Educate clients on the health and wellness benefits of regular massage therapy. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and professionalism in therapy rooms and shared spaces. Support the front desk team with occasional tasks. Qualifications & Requirements Current Wisconsin Massage Therapy license; must comply with state/local regulations. Must pass a background check. Carry liability insurance. Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required. Additional modalities and enhancements preferred. Willingness to learn and perform all modalities offered at Blue Dove. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible days and hours. Strong belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
