Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a medical setting. This position involves managing front office operations, assisting clients, and supporting medical staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar for medical providers.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, treatments, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate client records, updating information as needed.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Assist medical staff with patient intake, including taking medical histories and vital signs.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Educate clients about services and products, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and office materials, placing orders when necessary.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and promotional events.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional medical assistant training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical or spa environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Bilingual French a plus
