Our Medical Device manufacturing partner in Irvine is seeking an R&D Product Assemblers!

Candidates would work closely with engineers and assist with the development of medical instruments! Experience with microscope experience is required, but open to aerospace and electronics industry experience as well. Temp to Hire
Monday - Friday + Weekend OT
1st shift
8AM - 6PM + OT
$19ph - $22ph

Responsibilities:

• Work independently and as a part of R&D team, closely with engineers
• Working primarily under microscope during whole shift.
• Follow and read blueprints and manufacturing for new product lines
• Perform assembly and testing in a lab environment
• Adhere to manufacturing schedule and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Follow manufacturing cGMP and ISO standards or guidelines
• Assemble cartridges and reagent kit components
• Follow manufacturing SOPs
• Review completed device manufacturing records and work orders, identify and correct errors, and submit finished documentation for quality release
• Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working under microscope and assembly (aerospace, mechanical, manufacturing, medical device, etc.) required
• Experience working in a lab environment or in R&D preferred
• Assembly of electronic and mechanical parts
