The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.We are currently seeking a **Mgr - Marketing Finance** to join our **Global FP&A team** based in our **New York, New York Headquarters.****JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*** Manage the P&L for the marketing organization* Lead the forecast process for company-wide marketing spend through the maintenance of detailed financial models* Drive month-end close processes in partnership with Accounting and Corporate Finance, and analyze variances between actual results and forecasts* Partner with Marketing team to track financial performance of marketing initiatives and report against key performance indicators* Assist with annual budget and long-range planning processes* Deliver monthly and quarterly reports to senior leadership team, highlighting key trends* Partner with Business Intelligence team to define and develop refined reporting capabilities* Complete invoice and contract reviews to ensure alignment with financial forecasts and budgets**QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)*** Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, business, or accounting* 5-7 years of relevant work experience as a financial analyst, management consultant, or in a strategic accounting role* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel. Understanding of Power BI is a plus.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Ability to perform detailed analyses and summarize key takeaways* Ability to prioritize one's workload to complete deliverables in a timely manner* Exhibit continuous improvement mindset to identify process pain points and partner with stakeholders to implement change* Experience working in the media and entertainment industry or within a marketing finance function is preferred* Experience in Oracle Essbase, Oracle Planning and Oracle EBS is a plusThe base compensation range for this position is **$100,000** to **$115,000** commensurate with experience.
