Job Description
Full-time opportunity for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Spine & Pain Management.
Requirements:
* Board Certified
* GA license; active and in good standing
* Previous experience in Pain Management preferred
* Open to new grads; within a year or less post Master's completion and serious interest in Pain Management
Duties:
* Follow-up visits for chronic pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, joint injections, and trigger point injections.
* Patient population is 18 years and above
* Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; no call
