Job Title: Order Picker – Narrow Aisle Equipment
Location: Mohnton, PA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. This position requires experience operating narrow aisle order picker equipment to accurately pick and stage products in a high-volume distribution center. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, efficient, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate narrow aisle order picker (turret truck or similar equipment) safely and effectively

• Retrieve products based on pick tickets or RF scan devices

• Place picked orders in the correct staging area for shipping or packing

• Perform regular equipment safety checks and report any mechanical issues

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times

• Assist with restocking, inventory counts, and general warehouse tasks as needed

• Follow all safety protocols, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience operating narrow aisle equipment required

• Valid forklift/order picker certification (or ability to become certified)

• 1–2 years of warehouse or order picking experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic English reading and math skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule & Pay:

• Shifts: 1st & 2nd shift available

• Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
