Job Title: Painter, Drywaller, and Trim Expert

Location: Coughlin's Construction Based out of Mentor
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (Overtime Available)
Compensation: Competitive Pay + Bi-Quarterly Tool Bonus

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Painter, Drywaller, and Trim Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting, drywall installation/repair, and trim work, delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and taping.
• Apply paint, stain, and finishes to walls, ceilings, and trim with precision.
• Install, repair, and finish drywall, including mudding and taping.
• Measure, cut, and install trim, molding, and baseboards for a polished look.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in painting, drywall, and trim work (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic hand tools are a plus, but not required we offer a bi-quarterly tool bonus!
• Must be able to lift and move materials as needed.
