Job Description

We are actively looking for a part-time warehouse documenter for our client in the Arlington, TX area. No experience needed for this warehouse setting role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to set their own hours, work with little to no supervision, have the ability to utilize a camera and measurement tools. Ideal for college students or anyone that would like to earn extra cash. This is a temp-to-perm position.   
What You Will Do

• Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise.
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.
• Sorting and counting items.
• Taking photos and entering data in inventory system.
• Counting and confirming inventory.
• Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
• Communicating errors to relevant parties.
• Marking and labeling stock.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• The ability to operate a camera
• Hands on experience with inventory documentation skills and working in database systems.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills as well as a strong customer service attitude.
• Proven accuracy with documentation and reporting skills.
• Successful working in a team environment and cross functionally
• Proven to be dependable and reliable and possess good time management skills

• Must be local to 76011 area code
• Proficient in the following software programs: MS Office Word, texting, email, excel
• Must have dependable transportation
• Must be able to set your own schedule and adhere to that schedule weekly
• Experience with Microsoft excel
