Responsibilities:

Party Prep:

• Transform the party room into a fun zone, setting up all the necessary supplies to create a festive atmosphere.
• Welcome the birthday party family and guest of honor with warmth and excitement, introducing them to Apex party fun.
• Guide the party crew to their designated party room, ensuring they feel special and cared for from the moment they arrive.
• Keep the little ones entertained with engaging activities while they eagerly await the arrival of their friends.

Party Execution:

• Ensure the party runs smoothly by reviewing the itinerary and party details with the parent/guardian in charge, making sure everyone is on the same page for a fantastic celebration.
• Embrace any special requests or themes, going the extra mile to create a personalized experience that will leave lasting memories.
• Arrange seating and create a comfortable space for all the party guests to enjoy the festivities.
• Keep the party on schedule, ensuring each activity starts on time and flows seamlessly.
• Serve delicious food, refreshing beverages, and a fabulous cake at the perfect moments.
• Maintain a clean and tidy party room, because a neat environment adds to the party magic.
• Engage with the children and parents throughout the party, sharing laughter, making connections, and ensuring everyone has a fantastic time.

After-Party Wrap-Up:

• Help prepare for the next adventure by setting up attractions and activities, ensuring they're ready to bring joy to the next celebration.
• Assist in packing up gifts and belongings, making sure each guest leaves with a smile and cherished memories.

• Transform the party room for the next gathering, ensuring it's ready to host another fantastic event.
• Prepare the event space by restocking supplies and ensuring everything is in place for the next exciting party.

Requirements:

• A friendly and outgoing personality that delights in making others happy.
• Minimum age of 16 years old (because age is just a number when it comes to spreading joy!).
• Stamina to keep the party vibes going for 4-10 hours.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but a genuine passion for creating special moments is even better!
• Flexible availability to accommodate party schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Weekend availability is essential to be a party hero!
• Basic familiarity with POS systems is a bonus.
• Enjoyment of working with children and guests of all ages. Each smile is a cause for celebration!
