As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients-whether they call in, walk through the door, or schedule online. You'll help create a smooth, welcoming experience while learning valuable healthcare office skills along the way.
Your day-to-day will include:
Greeting patients and answering phones with professionalism and care
Scheduling appointments and supporting providers with calendar coordination
Managing patient check-in/check-out and handling basic billing and payments
Verifying insurance and organizing patient records
Supporting outreach, follow-ups, and community event coordination
Keeping the front office organized and patient-ready
