Role / Responsibilities
Providing environment and deployment support across multiple Pega applications.
Coordinates and facilitates communication between tech and business, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, enabling continuous improvement within the team.
Ensures the impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows their agreed-to processes, and that there is a good relationship between the Product Owner and the development team.
Required Skills
Primary Skill - Pega
Secondary Skill - DevOps
2+ years of Pega development experience
3+ years of previous experience working in an Agile environment
3-5 years of applicable experience with technology projects
Deep Knowledge of Banking Enterprise Change Management and Release Management Process
Ability to adapt to change and identify efficiency opportunities
Strong oral and written communication skills
Energetic self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys thinking critically to solve problems
Working knowledge of Remedy, JIRA, and Confluence
Solid skills in Excel and Word
Facilitates dependency and risk management for the Scrum teams
Facilitates team and cross-team impediment removal for the team
Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration within the Agile teams to support value delivery and Sprint commitments
Provides visibility into the Agile teams delivery plans and Release plans at the project level and to stakeholders
Create and manage CRQ's in Remedy for closure and responsible for MRA2 requirements
Preferred Skills :
Enables the team to become high performing through collaboration and a relentless focus on continuous improvement
Measures team delivery, maturity, and performance and reviews the metrics with the team to identify improvement opportunities
Collaborates with teams to create project level transparency, visibility, and drive commitment
Previous experience at Bank of America on an enterprise team a plus
Working knowledge of database systems, experience with SQL a plus
Agile team member assisting a Product Owner/Product Manager
Experience with data/information technology projects
