Job Description

Our client, based in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the founder of a Private Equity firm with a variety of personal projects. This role will work from the main office and from the family home based in Greenwich. The breadth and depth of the role will expand as the candidate demonstrates his or her capabilities to successfully execute on the goals and objectives of the office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing several work streams simultaneously, and possesses a thoughtful and deliberate attention to detail.

Location: Greenwich, CT

Position: Personal Assistant

Salary: 140k-155k DOE + Full Benefits + Bonus Eligibility

Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility to work after hours as needed

Responsibilities

  • -Help to research and manage residential real estate operations and construction projects, liaise with vendors, and assist in coordinating meetings with contractors.
  • -Run point with research and booking domestic/international travel arrangements as requested.
  • -Assist with managing/curating sophisticated art holdings.
  • -Manage private events from pre-planning through event execution
  • -Travel on-site to the New York City and Greenwich-based residences to manage projects as needed.
  • -Coordinate with other key members of the family office and liaising with principles from the home office.

Qualifications

  • -3-5 years of experience in a corporate space, family office, or relatable environment
  • -Operationally-focused mindset and ability to communicate and reason through many different scenarios
  • -Personally confident and flexible in ability to perceive nuanced information in a gracious and polite manner
  • -No task too big or too small attitude, with a desire to rise to a challenge with energy and enthusiasm
  • -Availability/willingness to problem solve and prioritize tasks after hours when necessary
  • -Excellent and observable technical, writing, and proofreading skills
  • -Ability to operate with the utmost discretion
