Job responsibilities include among other things drafting Discovery Demands, Discovery Responses, Bills of Particulars, Summons and Complaints, motion drafting, conduct investigations and client communication. Minimum 3 years Experience is a must. Others will not be considered.THIS IS NOT FOR A REMOTE POSITION.
