What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals regarding Opus Health programs
Provide initial support for customer requests through various communication channels
Assess user issues and offer first-level support for resolution
Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate areas promptly
Recognize operational challenges and provide recommendations to management

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or equivalent
Pharmacy Technician experience required
HIPAA certified
Minimum of 3 years of call center experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
Familiarity with payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers
