Job Description
We are seeking a Physician Recruiter to join our client in the Binghampton area! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) to our health system.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians and APPs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical schools, residency programs, professional associations, and recruitment partners.
Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in Workday ATS.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategies and improve processes.
Represent the organization at job fairs, medical conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required).
2+ years of experience in physician or healthcare provider recruitment (preferred).
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and physician market dynamics.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with Workday ATS and sourcing tools.
