Job Description

Insight Global is looking for PLC Robotic Programmers to join their team in Advance, NC. These individuals will be working on the shop floor for the duration of their shift, working closely with the mechanical assemblers, technicians, and other team members. The individuals are in charge of programming and implementing advanced control systems for automation and robotic systems. They will be doing this programming for new builds utilizing PLC, specifically Siemens, and robotic programming like FANUC and Yaskawa. This individual will also be troubleshooting and doing maintenance with PLCs and robotic systems. 1st shift (6AM-4:30PM) and 2nd shift (3:30PM - 2AM) available. Relocation package offered!

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with programming PLC
• Experience with programming robots
• 7-10 years of experience within programming
• Experience with building PLC or robots from the ground up - New build
• Experience with on the floor solutions and programming
• 2 years associates degree

Plusses:

• Siemens experience
• Fanuc or Yaskawa experience
