Job Description

Vibrant Wellness is seeking a highly skilled and creative Podcast Producer to oversee the production, management, and growth of the Vibrant Wellness Podcast . This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for functional medicine and wellness, combined with expertise in audio and video production, guest coordination, and digital content strategy .

As the Podcast Producer , you will be responsible for managing the podcast studio, coordinating guest logistics, overseeing content production, and ensuring high-quality audio and video deliverables . You will also play a critical role in expanding our digital reach through YouTube, social media, and event-based content . 1. Podcast Studio Management

• Oversee all aspects of the in-person podcast studio operations, ensuring smooth execution of recordings, technical setup, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage the studio schedule and coordinate with internal teams to align podcast production with marketing campaigns.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain professional production standards for audio and video content.

2. Guest Management and Travel Coordination

• Handle end-to-end logistics for guest appearances, including scheduling, pre-recording briefings, and travel/accommodation arrangements to and from the facility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-profile guests, influencers, and thought leaders to expand podcast reach.
• Ensure a seamless experience for guests by coordinating technical and hospitality requirements before, during, and after recordings.

3. Content Production and Video Oversight

• Lead the production of video content across Vibrant Wellness, including podcasts, promotional videos, and educational content.
• Manage pre-production planning, scripting, and on-site execution for key events such as the annual Vibrant Longevity Summit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align video content with overall brand messaging and strategic objectives.

4. Outsourcing and Vendor Management

• Identify, vet, and manage third-party vendors and freelancers to support podcast and video production needs, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee contracts, timelines, and deliverables to ensure external partners align with Vibrant Wellness's goals and production standards.
• Source and manage additional resources such as audio engineers, video editors, and graphic designers as needed.

5. Event and Field Marketing Support

• Attend key industry events and conferences (5+/year) to capture live content, conduct interviews, and set up mobile podcaststudios for on-the-go recording.
• Collaborate with the event marketing team to ensure seamless execution of podcast-related initiatives at conferences and trade shows.
• Develop strategies to leverage event-based content for post-event marketing campaigns.

6. YouTube and Digital Platform Management

• Oversee Vibrant Wellness’s YouTube presence, including content scheduling, SEO optimization, and performance analytics to drive audience engagement.
• Manage video uploads, descriptions, and community engagement to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
• Track video performance and provide actionable insights to improve content reach and effectiveness.

7. Project Management and Reporting

• Track production schedules, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of podcast and video content.
• Provide regular reports on podcast and video performance, including listener metrics, engagement trends, and ROI analysis.
• Utilize project management tools to keep all stakeholders informed and ensure alignment with marketing and content goals.
