Now located in Chandler, AZ in a brand new, state-of-the-art, climate controlled, 160,000+ sq. ft. facility.

Summary of Key Responsibilities: The Powder Coater is responsible for the complete main powder coating process.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following

• Movement of sandblasted parts into the paint booth.
• Removal of any debris from parts with an air hose.
• Coating parts using approved procedures per specifications.
• Ensuring strict quality standards are met.
• Maintaining/cleaning of equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment.
• Ability to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, protractor, calipers)
• Self-motivated and respond timely to production requirements
• Must be detail oriented.
• Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests.
• Ability to speak English fluently.
• Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy.

Summary of Experience and Education

• High school Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 or over
• Finishing/Fabrication experience is preferred but not required
• Experience working in a production environment is preferred

Pay and Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday - Friday

Pay rate: DOE

Work Location: In person at our facility in Chandler, AZ
