Operate, maintain, repair, and install all utility systems such as heating, ventilation, electricity, water, air conditioning, and refrigeration. Provide security functions throughout the building and grounds to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all patients, staff, and visitors. Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all utility systems. Maintain high standards and appearance of physical plant and mechanical rooms. Act as a resource person and fill in on-call in supervisor's absence.

Qualifications: Vocational/Technical School graduate or in lieu of a high school diploma/GED with 3-5 years of power plant, HVAC, or maintenance related experience is required.
